Enviro-Tech Systems recently completed an equipment survey of CNG property at Ship Shoal 246 platform and had determined that the existing CPI was not working properly and could not be practically repaired. CNG requested that Enviro-Tech Systems search for a replacement CPI unit that would closely mirror the existing unit. After a shor search, a damaged CPI was found which was exactly the same size as the one to be replaced. There was extensive damage to the vessel shell and plate pack section as seen in photo one below. Enviro-Tech Systems not only repaired the shell and repainted the vesel, but also provided two new FRP Fiberglass Plate packs for the unit as shown in photos two and three below. The unit was shipped to location as of July 26, 1998 and was scheduled to be placed into operation August of 1998.
