Matrix Oil & Gas and Enviro-Tech Systems entered into a contract to build a new 10,000 BPD Enviro-Cell Flotation cell in Aprill of 1999. The unit was completed in June of 1999. The Enviro-Cell was complete with six (6) cells, four (4) active and a clearwell. Dual recirculation pumps were also provided along with a structural skid, instrumentation, valves, and skid piping. All was completed within the eight weeks as specified in the contract. The unit has been laced in service as of September of 1999 and is presently working satisfactorily providing a <1 ppm effluent oil and grease. The project encompassed a need for a complete oil and water handling facility including an Enviro-Cel™l Flotation Cell for processing the produced water to the government requirment of <29 ppm.
