Enviro-Tech Systems and Modular Production Equipment were awarded a contract to design and fabricate a "Dual Pack CPI" as seen in photo one below, for McMaroanm's West Cameron 616 facility in the Gulf of Mexico. The CPI was to be used as sole treatment for the produced water stream at the facility with an expected capacity of 10,000 BWPD. The dual vertical pack system, as seen in photo two below, was designed for 30 micron oil droplet removal and is expected to achieve a <29 ppm effluent at full capacity. One unique feature of the design is the 5psig pressure that the tank has been structured externally to meet. The unit is complete with Quick Release Manways on the top, allowing for viewing into the oil bucket and over the water weir. Both oil and water weirs are adjustable. The unit was placed into service August of 1998.
